Use your ATSSA certification and field experience to manage traffic flow safely on utility, roadway construction, paving, and emergency response projects. Certified Flaggers are the foundation of safe work zones and often mentor less experienced team members.
Install, maintain, inspect, and remove temporary traffic control devices in accordance with approved traffic control plans and MUTCD standards. This role requires attention to detail, safety awareness, and the ability to adapt to changing conditions on the job.
Manage multiple crews across various job sites. Field Supervisors conduct quality inspections, coach team members, monitor safety compliance, support customer relationships, and ensure projects are completed efficiently while upholding our standards.
